February and March are dangerous months for the wallet. First there is the lure of bargains to be had at end of season sales followed by the temptation of new season goodness.
Start of Season purchases
Shopping early in the season has its benefits as you can;
- minimise the risk of missing out on popular or limited items
- achieve a better cost per wear ratio (you'll wear that exciting new season piece more now than you will next year, don't leave buying it until the end of season unless you're going to get it in sale)
- lay-by (start paying that wool coat off bit by bit now - it's less painful)
- take advantage of spend and save offers and new season launch discounts (you know Country Road, Witchery and Mi Piaci, to name are few, are going to have them)
